Barbara Heilemann is more than an advisor, executive coach, and lecturer; she changes lives. Her focus is on helping individuals thrive in the work environment, so they achieve both success and personal satisfaction. Barbara's approach is strengths-based, to bring out the best in her clients and enable them to fulfil their potential drawing on her academic and applied knowledge of positive psychology, positive organisational scholarship, appreciative inquiry, bias, and neuroscience.

She has over 20 years management experience as well an extensive academic and research background and brings the latest findings from relevant research to her clients. Barbara specialises in coaching individuals destined for partnership, senior executive roles, as well as people in those roles looking for support.

Barbara also helps organisations build a critical mass of senior women in Australian business. She is particularly successful in helping women re-kindle their ambition and confidence. Much of her work is based on her academic research in this area. Her approach incorporates a leadership and sponsorship program that is unlike any other offering. This program has had significant success in developing the next generation of female leaders.
