Positive Leadership provide advisory and strategy assistance with regard to Senior Women, and bespoke Positive Leadership Programs for a very small number of client organisations.
Their work is seen to provide a strategic advantage and therefore Positive Leadership prefers to work with one organisation in each competitive sector in a partnering model.
The work has a medium to long term view and involves work to establish measurement models and effectiveness evaluation over time.
Positive Leadership maintain strong connections with significant academics internationally, including both researchers as well as teachers. Where suitable, Positive Leadership brings them to their clients. Investment in maintaining currency and making contributions to the fields of Appreciative Inquiry and Positive Psychology is a priority for Positive Leadership.
